Hi, I’m DJ. I photograph people. I film people. I help them stand a little taller.

I’m based in Halfmoon Bay. I work in studio, shooting both digital and black & white film. The kind you develop by hand. Slow, imperfect, and worth it.

My work is about people — their stories, their edges, their quiet moments. I’m not chasing perfect. I’m looking for the moment someone forgets the camera and just shows up.

Alongside this, I teach Iyengar yoga. It brings people back into their bodies. That same awareness carries into my work — small shifts, subtle movement, real presence.

Photography, film, yoga — it’s all the same thread. Pay attention. Let things unfold.
